Hippodrome 2012

The sisters of the Beta Chi chapter took FIRST PLACE in Hippodrome 2012 with the brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon!! Congratulations, ladies and gentlemen!!

 

New Sisters!

The sisters of the Beta Chi chapter had a lovely Spring initiation on Sunday, April 1st welcoming 6 new sisters into their chapter!

Greek Week 2012

The sisters of the Beta Chi Chapter took 1ST PLACE during Wichita State University's Greek Week!

 

Homecoming 2012

Congratulations to our sister, Courtney Rhodes, for making Top 5 for Homecoming Royalty! Although she did not win, she is still a Queen in our hearts!

 

New Sisters!

On February 5th, we welcomed 5 new sisters into our home! Welcome home Lauren Keefer, Cayleigh Beshears, Courtney Landrian, Rho Gamma, and Sarah Detrick! Shout out to Heidi Drechsler for planning this year's successful COB recruitment!

 

Homecoming Royalty Nominations 2012

Congratulations to our sisters Bria Cherney, Courntey Rhodes, Dani Irving, Laura Calhoun, and Ashley Carpenter on homecoming nominations! We were so proud to have five sisters up for Royalty!

Congratulations to the Beta Chi chapter for earning a 3.323 GPA for the Fall 2011 semester!

 

Outstanding Sisters

The Beta Chi chapter was recognized for being named the 2010-2011 Shocker Star Outstanding Recognized Student Organization! Our sister, Charlotte McKellip, was named Outstanding Sophomore at Greek Awards!

 

Shocktoberfest Spirit

Songfest

On Friday, October 14th, Gamma Phi Beta had 18 women participate in the Shocktoberfest Songfest competition. We took 1st place in the women's division! Great work, ladies!

 

Banner Competition

Gamma Phi Beta also had many women help paint an 8’ by 8’ banner to celebrate 20 years of Shocktoberfest. "Going Platinum!" was the event’s theme. We took 1st place in the banner competition!

 

Other Events

Throughout the week, many of our members also participated in Shocktoberfest events such as Mud Volleyball, Mud Tug-of-War, Dodge Ball, Can Wars, Ice Cream Social, and Grillin' with Beggs.
